2016 - Joined as a Commis Chef
2017 - Progressed to Sous Chef
2018 - Enrolled onto a Level 3 Kitchen Apprenticeship
2019 - Promoted to Head Chef
In 2016 Jack joined Bella Italia as an entry level Chef with limited food experience. After gaining experience as a Commis Chef he was promoted to a Sous Chef within the year. At this point he had found a real passion for food and for the industry and decided to enrol onto a Level 3 Kitchen Apprenticeship to develop his skills and knowledge even further. Jack graduated the programme in 2019 with a distinction and was promoted to Head Chef soon after. As a result his career has gone from strength to strength with him recently moving to a different restaurant to take on a new challenge as well as providing support and assistance to other kitchens within his area.
