2014 - Joined Café Rouge as a Bartender
2015 - Progressed to Waiting Team
2016 - Promoted to a Supervisor
2017 - Joined Bella Italia as an Assistant Manager
2018 - Promoted to a General Manager
Amy joined the company at the age of 19 as a part time Team Member whilst studying at University. She initially joined Café Rouge in the role of Bartender before moving to Waiting Team Member and then progressing to a Supervisor. Becoming a Supervisor gave Amy a taste for management and she continued learning on the job before being promoted to an Assistant Manager and transferring to Bella Italia. When becoming an Assistant Manager Amy realised she did not want to continue pursuing a career in teaching and instead enrolled on to a development programme called Future Leaders. Future Leaders enabled Amy to gain the necessary skills and experience to take the next step in her career and in 2018 she was promoted to General Manager.
