At Bella, we use ingredients sourced from real Italian-family producers, like the Contino family in Liguria who make fresh pesto for us. We work hard to form strong relationships so that we can guarantee the best products and produce for our guests to enjoy.
Michael Guthrie started what was to become Bella Italia in 1990 and in 1991 he rebranded the chains to Bella Pasta. In 2002 Bella Pasta became Bella Italia and the first one opened it's doors in the City of Leeds.
Since then the brand has undergone a transformation under Casual Dining Group ownership and now has 112 restaurants throughout the UK.
With quirky restaurant interiors, a diverse menu and a passion for Italian heritage, Bella Italia is now one of the most popular and much loved Italian casual dining brands on the high-street.
